All manufacturing products are inspected automatically by attaching non-destructive ultrasonic inspector on ROBOT thereby inspecting every welding parts.
The faulty parts are automatically inspected and imaged through monitor screen. The whole process is automatically done and monitored easily.
FEATURES
Upgraded from the manual inspecting to automatic inspecting. This brought about objectivity to the overall welding inspection.
Credibility of the components is achieved as well. From automatizing the parts that are difficult to inspect by hand, the reliability of the product is increased.
EXCEL FILE as the base, the resulting report is automatically written and therefore increases work efficiency.
The data inspected in the PC are all preserved in the DATA BASE. You can check and track anytime.
